Simply put, No. A consultant is an adviser or expert who gives advice based on expertise in a specific area. The main difference between a coach and a consultant is the focus. In short, a consultant brings expertise in a specific area. A professional coach brings expertise in helping people connect with their own innate wisdom to define and achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
While consulting may be sharply focused on one specific issue, coaching takes a holistic view, and it allows you to explore how all the different parts of your life and work are connected and affect each other.

It is not likely that we know more about your business or industry than you do. The coaching process, like a sports coach, will help you leverage your inherent technical knowledge more effectively. Yes, in some respects we are. We offer, Do-it yourself courses along with Do-it with you courses. We also offer TEAM training and coaching services that are customized to help your teams reach their desired outcomes. We are willing to teach basic coaching skills to your executives and managers to help them utilize coaching for performance results.

Sometimes information shared by the client may be specific and explicitly personal. Your willingness to be truthful will be treated with the ultimate respect .
