Lawrence Lesiak is the President and founder of Heroic Endeavours, LLC and the HEROIC^© system. Lawrence works as a Business and Executive Coach to principals and professionals in both product and service industries. Working with business owners and upper level management, he facilitates a results orientated approach to the aligning of personal strengths, systems and strategies.

Lawrence owns and is an active partner in four diverse businesses. His roles in leadership, management, finance, and sales have equipped him for his current career as business coach. He has experience with every aspect of business ownership, from start-up to up-scaling.

Inherently analytical and creative, he is an empathic listener with a business and personal success mindset. He combines his skills with proven, inside-out core development processes. This combination enhances his ability to understand clients’ developmental needs and wants while helping them hone a focus on their desired outcomes.

Lawrence has worked at NASA, John Glenn Center and projects with Parker, Moen, Ford, Honda, Norman Noble, Burner Systems, Fives North American and many other smaller businesses. He is an avid reader and motivated learner.
